Each piece of jewelry begins when you decide to entrust me with something that holds special meaning for you. From that moment on, your story is not just an order. It's the beginning of a unique piece that will be handcrafted with time, care, and respect.

Once your order is formalized, you can send me your inclusions following the instructions below. The creation time is approximately 2 to 3 weeks from when I receive your materials.

Ashes
Recommended quantity:
Approximately 1/2 teaspoon.
How to send them:
Place the ashes in a small, sealed bag and label it with your name, phone number, and order number.
Important:
I will only use the amount necessary for your jewelry. The remainder will be returned with the finished piece.
Hair
Recommended quantity:
A small lock of hair, approximately 0.5 cm thick, tied with a small elastic band or string. I can also work with a single strand of hair if necessary.
If the quantity is very small, you can gently tape it to a piece of paper to prevent it from getting lost during shipping.
How to send it:
In an airtight bag, labeled with your name, phone number, and order number.
Important:

Sand/dirt
Recommended quantity:Approximately 1/2 teaspoon.
How to send it:

Dried flowers
Recommended quantity:
A small cluster of flowers for each keepsake you wish to include.
The flowers must be completely dry (at least 3 weeks) and free of moisture or insects.
How to send them:
Place them between two sheets of paper for protection and then in an airtight bag with no air. Or store them in a tightly closed box, labeled with your name, phone number, and order number.
Umbilical cord
Recommended quantity:
A small piece of the umbilical cord or you can send the whole thing. I only use the amount needed for your jewelry. I will return the rest to you with the finished piece.
How to send it:
Store it in an airtight bag and protect it well to prevent moisture.
Pregnancy test/ultrasound
You can send:
- the complete test
- only the plastic cover
- or just the test strip

Protected in an airtight bag and correctly labeled with your name, phone number, and order number.
Teeth
You can send the entire tooth. Depending on the type of jewelry you have chosen, I will use only a small part or the complete tooth, always handled with care and delicacy.

Other inclusions
I can work with small objects that have special meaning to you: fabric scraps, stuffed animals, small personal mementos…

Shipping from Spain
Please send your materials exclusively via Correos, by certified mail, as this PO box does not accept private courier services.
I always recommend sending the package with a tracking number, so you can have peace of mind throughout the process. I do not recommend sending it as a conventional letter.
Once your order is finalized, I will send you the exact address so you can send me your materials.
Important
- Please always use the same name you used to place the order.
- Include your order number and phone number inside the package.
- Always send it well protected, with care and caution.
- I do not recommend sending the last amount of any material you have left, in case you want to keep a portion for yourself in the future.
