I'll explain how the process works from your country so that everything is clear from the start.

How do we start?

The first step is for your treasure to reach me. Until I receive it, I don't formalize or charge anything. This is how we work: with calm, with care, and with all the trust that something so special deserves.

How do you send it to me?

I need you to prepare a small amount in a well-sealed airtight container (a small tube with a cap, a double zip bag, or similar). Then, place it inside a small box or padded envelope.

For the customs form, write exactly this:

“Cremated remains – personal keepsake, less than 5g, no commercial value”

I recommend sending it via DHL or FedEx, as they have better tracking and are more reliable for this type of shipment from Mexico, Colombia, Costa Rica, etc. The cost is usually between €20 and €40 depending on the country.

What happens next?

As soon as I receive the package, I'll confirm it via WhatsApp. Then we'll discuss the piece you want, I'll show you options, and we'll formalize the order together. I work on a first-come, first-served basis, so I'll give you the estimated time at that moment.

Creation time is approximately 3 to 7 weeks from the moment I receive your materials.

You do not need to send large quantities.

Ashes: approximately half a teaspoon.

Flowers: a small dried amount.
Umbilical cord: you can send a part or the whole thing.

I will always use only what is necessary to create your piece and will return the rest to you.

Yes, but I recommend always sending them protected and via certified mail with tracking.

I do not recommend sending them as conventional letters.

How to send your keepsake

Please write to me as soon as possible to update your information before your finished jewelry is shipped.

Yes, your jewelry is made to accompany you.

However, to preserve its beauty for longer, I recommend avoiding pools, the sea, chemical products, and hard knocks.

The piece can withstand brief exposures to water, but I recommend avoiding prolonged bathing, swimming pools, hot tubs, and saltwater to keep it in perfect condition.

The pieces are made to last, but like any jewelry, they require care.

Avoiding chemicals, constant moisture, and prolonged sun exposure will help preserve their beauty.

If you need to change any details, please write to me as soon as possible.

Once the creation process has begun, it may not be possible to make changes.

As these are pieces created especially for you with your personal memories, I cannot accept returns on custom jewelry.

If you receive any issues with your piece, please write to me and I will resolve it with you.

All unused material will be carefully returned along with your finished piece of jewelry.

Our stainless steel jewelry features a PVD coating, an exceptionally strong and durable finish.

The color's longevity can vary depending on the type of jewelry and how it's used. For necklaces, as they are less exposed to rubbing and friction, the finish typically lasts a long time. For rings, constant contact with hands, surfaces, and minor daily abrasions can cause the color to gradually wear off over time.

As with any coated jewelry, PVD is not permanent and may show natural wear with use. The intensity and speed of this process will depend especially on the frequency of use, friction, and the care the piece receives.
