Step-by-step guide to creating your commemorative jewel
Here's a step-by-step guide on how to place your order:
1. Choose your jewelry
On the website, you will only select the base (pendant, ring, bracelet, or earrings).
Although specific designs may appear in the photos, the final design will be created together via WhatsApp once we have defined the ideal base for you and your treasure. Each piece is fully customized.
2. Place your order
Once you have a clear design, you can make your purchase at lamarmoments.com. After that, our little ritual will begin.
3. Send your treasure to this address:

⚠️ Very important:
The shipment must be made by CORREOS and as certified mail.
Do not send by private courier, as it will not reach the post office box.
Include the following in the package:
- Your name
- Your contact information (where we've spoken, to find our conversation)
- A brief description of your jewelry and your idea
- If you wish, you can write me the story of this jewelry and send a photo (I will return it with the finished jewelry)
Ashes or sand: I only need half a teaspoon; I will return any leftover.
Hair: a small lock is enough; you can tie it with a string so it doesn't come loose during shipping.
All treasures must be well protected in a zip-lock bag.
4. Share your story
I would love to know the story behind your jewelry. If you like, tell me about your loved one or pet:
What was their name? What made them special? What mark did they leave on you?
If you wish, you can also include photos. I will return them with your jewelry.
The more I know their story, the more love I can put into every detail.
5. Do you want a video of the process?
If you would like to see how your jewelry is made from start to finish, you can add a video of the process. You will find it on the website, under the "Customize" tab.
6. Production time
The estimated time is 1 to 3 weeks from when I receive your materials and the base at the workshop.
Resin requires drying times, polishing, and artisanal processes that cannot be rushed without compromising quality.
This timeframe may vary slightly depending on the season and the waiting list.
Important note:
As an artisan, I do not keep silver bases in stock. I order each one especially for your request.
The arrival time of the silver base may affect the total timeframe.
7. Base materials
I only work with quality, durable, and hypoallergenic bases:
- Stainless steel
- Sterling silver with rhodium plating (protects against tarnishing)
Both materials withstand daily use and maintain their beauty over time.
8. Gold options
Many pieces can be ordered in a gold finish.
Please note that gold-plated silver pieces are gold-plated and may wear off over time. This does not happen with natural silver or stainless steel.
9. Materials I can work with
I can preserve a wide variety of unique treasures:
- Ashes (human or pet)
- Hair or fur (including whiskers)
- Flowers or petals
- Umbilical cord
- Baby teeth
- Fabric scraps
- Small pieces of pet toys
- Sand or soil from a special place
Additionally, I can add natural stones, color pigments, glitter, or gold leaf if you want to embellish the piece.
If you have any unmentioned materials, don't hesitate to ask me. I am always open to considering new possibilities.
10. Total customization of your jewelry
You can choose:
- The color or pigment of the resin
- Additives such as glitter, gold leaf, or silver leaf
- Whether you prefer visible ashes or a more discreet finish. We will find the option that best represents your story together.

Other important details:
