- Once the order is finalized, you will receive an email with instructions on how to send your keepsake
- It takes approximately 3-7 weeks from the time I receive your keepsake and the base in my workshop

You don't need to send large quantities.
Ashes: approximately half a teaspoon.
Hair: a small lock is enough.
Flowers: a small amount, dried.
Umbilical cord: you can send a part or the entire cord.
I will always use only what is necessary to create your piece and will return the rest to you.

What commemorative materials can I send to make the jewelry?
I work with a wide variety of materials that allow me to preserve unique memories:
- Ashes (human or pet)
- Hair or Fur (human or pet, including whiskers)
- Dried Flowers or petals (from wedding bouquets, funerals, etc.)
- Umbilical Cord (or a small fragment)
- Baby Teeth
- Fabric Scraps (clothing, blankets, etc.)
- Pet Toys (small fragments)
- Sand or soil from a special place
Additionally, I use decorative elements such as natural stones, color pigments, glitter, and gold leaf to embellish and personalize each piece.
Important note: If you have another material not listed, just ask me*! I am always willing to evaluate its viability.*
How much memorial material do I need for the jewelry?
I need a very small amount to create your piece:
- Ashes or Sand: I only require about half a teaspoon.
- Hair or Whiskers: A small lock is sufficient (you can tie it with a string so it doesn't come loose during shipping).
All material not used in the creation of the jewelry will be carefully returned to you along with your finished piece.
How long do I have to wait to receive my jewelry?
The lead time is 3 to 7 weeks from when I receive your materials and the base in the workshop. The artisanal resin crafting requires care and precision. This timeframe may vary slightly depending on the season and my waiting list.
- Please note: As an artisan, I do not keep bases in stock. I order them specifically for your order, and the arrival of this base can affect the total production time.
How do you guarantee that the material I send you is what is used in my jewelry?
I work under a single chain of custody protocol: one piece of jewelry, one story on my workbench, treated with respect, time, and presence from the moment the material is received until its final sealing.
- Every material I receive is immediately labeled with your name and order number.
- Your material is stored individually and securely, and I only use it to work on your piece of jewelry.
- If you request the process video (additional service on the website), you will be able to see how I encapsulate your materials, ensuring total transparency and peace of mind.
